-	Payment in US$ at prevailing official exchange rates or Thai Baht.
-	Maximum occupancy for One Bedroom Pool Villa is a single or a double occupancy.
-	Maximum occupancy for One Bedroom Deluxe Pool Villa is 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years of age per Villa.
-	Maximum occupancy for Two Bedroom Deluxe Pool Villa is 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age per Villa.
-	Cancellation Notice is required at least 14 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of one night room charge; however for December & January, at least 21 days is required for cancellation notice.
-	No-Show on the arrival date will be charged for two-room nights, directly to the booking credit cards
-	Amendment is required to be made at least 14 days in advance; however for December & January, at least 21 days is required.
-	Additionally, please be informed that there will be compulsory dinners on Christmas’ Eve, 24th December at US$ 140.- net (non alcohol), per person (adult only); and on New Year’s Eve, 31st December at US$ 190. - net (non alcohol), per person (adult only).
