• All above rates are per Villa and per night, Villa only, subject to 10% service charge and applicable government taxes.
• Rates and government taxes are subject to change without notice.
• Payment in US$ at prevailing official exchange rates or Thai Baht.
• Maximum occupancy for One Bedroom Pool Villa is a single or a double occupancy.
• Maximum occupancy for One Bedroom Deluxe Pool  Villa  is 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years of age per Villa.
• Maximum occupancy for Two Bedroom Deluxe Pool  Villa is 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age per Villa.
  
• Cancellation Notice is required at least 14 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of one night room charge; however for December 2007 & January 2008 at least 21 days is required for cancellation notice.
• No-Show on the arrival date will be charged for two-room nights, directly to the booking credit cards
• Amendment is required to be made at least 14 days in advance; however for December 2007 & January 2008, at least 21 days is required.
• Additionally, please be informed that there will be compulsory dinners on Christmas’ Eve, 24th December 2007 at US$ 140.- net (non alcohol), per person (adult only); and on New Year’s Eve, 31st December 2007 at US$ 190.- net (non alcohol), per person (adult only).
